Thank you for choosing Xtina SkinPA for your skincare needs. To ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and rebooking policy. Cancellation:24- hours' notice required: I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows me to offer the time lot to other clients on our waiting list. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. NO shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the missed service. Deposit: At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a $40 deposit that will be credited towards your treatment/s. Rebooking Policy: Rebooking with short notice: If you need to reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We will be happy to accommodate you and find another suitable time. Frequent Cancellation: If cancellations or reschedules become frequent, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future appointment. Emergency Situations: We understand that unexpected events can happen. If you experience an emergency or illness please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
